Here I am Lord: (Daniel L Schutte) Choir: A Hymn for all my Missionary Friends wherever they may be. Words based on: Isaiah 6:8

Here I Am Lord:  Some Inspiring Words

Verse 1 Only

I, the Lord of sea and sky,

I have heard my people cry,

All who dwell in dark and sin,   My hand will save.

I, who make the stars of night,

I will make their darkness bright,

Who will bear my light to them,   Whom shall I send.

Refrain

Here I am, Lord, Is it I, Lord,

I have heard you calling in the night.

I will go, Lord, If you lead me,

I will hold, your people in my heart.

And finally, here are two original songs with my words, but as I can't sing I have just written them out.
00:00 / 02:29
Slow Movin' Blues (Graeme Young) Slow Blues

Here are the Words

Verse 1

Slow Movin' Blues

No Time to be Wastin'

Life's Runnin' Low

Must Stop Contemplating

My Thoughts I Could Share

But Nobody Cares

Slow Movin' Blues

Verse 2

Slow Movin' Blues

I Gotta get Goin'

Life's nearly gone

Time seems like Stopping

No use in Talkin'

Cause no one is Listin'

Slow Movin' Blues

Repeat Verse 1

Put Another Log On The Fire (Graeme Young) Country Swing
00:00 / 03:23

A song of the same name was recorded by Tompall Glaser and Waylon Jennings around 1974. It was considered by some to be: "A Male Chauvinist Anthem" and I have included both artists versions. My song the other hand can be sung by Male or Female - just change the 'he/she' to what is required.

Probably I should have called my song "Put another another Log on the Fire", but it didn't fit the melody, and as Song Titles are not Copyright it's stayed with one 'another'.

Words

      Instrumental Intro

      Verse 1

Put Another Log On The Fire

Keep it Burning and Jumping with Glee

Put Another Log On The Fire

Don't let it go out like he/she walked out on me

      Verse 2

And in the Fire's Blaze, I remember the days

When I was Happy and I was Carefree,

Then he/she came along, and he/she did me wrong

            But Love's Blind and I couldn't see

       Instrumental

       Bridge

Parts of my Life once Misery

             Are now consigned to History

Through the Flames that Burn so Bright

             With their Cleansing Light.........so

         Repeat Verse 1
